Previous experience: Several management positions in development projects, construction client organisations, operational activities and public administration. Responsible for planning, engineering and expansion of the transmission grid in Norway since 2014. Since 2021, also responsible for operation and management of the transmission grid as well as emergency preparedness.
Education/qualifications: Master’s in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), degree in Business Administration and Master’s in Board Governance from BI Norwegian Business School.

Christian Færø, Acting EVP Grid & Asset Management

Previous experience: Background in administration and the consultancy industry, project management and leadership positions in construction projects, construction client organisations and operational activities. Director of operational preparedness since 2021.

Håkon Borgen, EVP Offshore Development

Beate Sander Krogstad, EVP Digital & IT
